Alterations to add cabinets, plumbing & ventilation.  Addition of 25’ flag poles to building site.

Design/Build factory building addition (10,000sf) & office expansion (1,200sf mezzanine). Creatively solved building code site capacity limitation which would not allow an addition of this size, by increasing the fire resistance of all building columns, thereby increasing the building’s fire resistance class and allowable building area permitted.
