Design-Build remodel of a 57,000 sf former Motorola cell phone battery plant into a large diameter plastic pipe manufacturing plant. Key project features included:

1. Structural alterations to the existing roof structure to support added mechanical equipment loads,
2. Demolition and strip out of former plant interior including removal of 40,000 sf of VCT flooring,
3. Process water system design and installation,
4. Set up and installation of manufacturing lines,
5. UL field evaluation and mark application for new manufacturing lines,
6. Manufacturing lines CO2 fire suppression systems design & installation,
7. Loading dock design & alterations to facilitate flatbed truck loading,
8. Polished concrete warehouse flooring,
9. HVAC design using compressor heat loss for factory heating in winter,
10. Installation of skylight fall protection grills,
11. Roof & skylight leak locating & repairs.
